<p><span>Lo confesso: non sapevo neanche che esistesse questo tipo di biscotto&#8230;</span><br /><span>La mia ignoranza per quello che concerne la cucina internazionale, in questo caso britannica, è immensa!!</span><br /><span>Ho trovato questa ricetta nel blog di <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://edithpilaff.blogspot.it/" target="_blank">Edith Pilaff</a>&nbsp;purtroppo non più aggiornato da un anno&#8230;</span><br /><span>Per fortuna è ancora on line per cui non solo si può fare riferimento a quanto da lei pubblicato e relativo a questi biscotti &nbsp;ma anche ad altre interessanti ricette&#8230;</span><br /><span>La storia di questo biscotto ( che viene preparato anche con altri ingredienti ( quali tuorli d&#8217;uovo sodo, lievito per dolci e altri tipi di farine) è veramente singolare&#8230;</span><br /><span>Infatti nel 1845 il nostro Eroe dei due Mondi si recò a Tynemouth vicino a Newcastle.</span><br /><span>La visita di un personaggio così importante fu così gradita che i pasticceri locali decisero di dedicargli un biscotto molto gustoso anche se l&#8217;apparenza è un poco singolare e modesta..</span><br /><span>Per la ricetta mi sono rifatta a quella della collega blogger senza apporre modifiche&#8230;</span><br /><span>Bisogna imparare da chi ne sa più di noi!!!</span><br /><span><br /></span>
