<p><b>ingredients:</b><br /><b>for cannelloni</b><br />200 grams of spelled flour<br />100 grams of durum wheat semolina flour<br />3 organic eggs<br />1 tablespoon oil<br />2 tablespoons water<br />salt</p>
<p><b>for the stuffing</b><br />400 grams of sauce prepared before<br />1 cauliflower<br />12 button mushrooms<br />100 grams of cheese montasio<br />100 grams of cooked ham<br />salt, parsley<br /><b><br /></b><b>Method</b><br />Begin preparing the dough. In a mixer, put all the ingredients needed to make the dough and knead until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth.</p>
<p>Clean the cauliflower and cook in a pressure cooker. When it&#8217;s ready, crumble finely and place in a bowl.</p>
<p>Cook the mushrooms after they have been thoroughly cleaned in a pan with a little oil a clove of garlic and parsley. Cut them so finely and add to the bowl with the cauliflower. Then add even montasio cheese cut into small cubes, the ham cut into strips and the sauce (except some who will serve for the cannelloni) coverage. Mix well then let rest for a moment.</p>
<p>Roll out the dough for cannelloni then cut into squares of pasta you have on each of it a little filling. Close them as a kind of cannelloni and place in a greased baking sheet. Cover with the sauce advanced. Scrape above a bit of Parmesan cheese.</p>
<p>Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.</p>

In una impastatrice, mettete tutti gli ingredienti necessari a fare la pasta e fate impastare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e liscio.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Pulite il cavolfiore e fatelo cuocere in una pentola a pressione. Quando sarà pronto, sminuzzatelo finemente e mettetelo in una ciotola.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Cuocete i funghi dopo averli puliti attentamente in una padella con un filo di olio uno spicchio di aglio e il prezzemolo. Tagliateli quindi finemente e aggiungeteli alla ciotola con il cavolfiore. Unite quindi anche il formaggio montasio tagliato a cubetti piccoli, il prosciutto tagliato a listarelle e la besciamella (tranne un pò che servirà per la copertura dei cannelloni). Mescolate bene il tutto quindi fate riposare un attimo.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Stendete l&#8217;impasto per i cannelloni quindi tagliate dei quadrati di pasta disponete su di ognuno di esso un poco di ripieno. Richiudeteli a mò di cannellone e disponeteli all&#8217;interno di un teglia imburrata. Ricoprite il tutto con la besciamella avanzata. Grattate sopra un pò di parmigiano.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Cuocete in forno caldo a 200 gradi per circa 30 minuti.</span>

<p><b>Method</b><br />Cook the cauliflower in a pressure cooker. When it&#8217;s ready, drain and let cool. In a pan fry the garlic and oil. Then lightly sauteed cauliflower, put it in a bowl with the cheese, eggs and corn flour. Helping with a pastry bag formed a lot of balls and then flatten the top. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20/25 minutes. When they are perfectly cooked, baked, let it cool slightly then serve with mixed salad.</p>

Quando sarà pronto, scolatelo e fatelo raffreddare. In una padella fate un soffritto con olio e aglio. Saltate leggermente il cavolfiore quindi, mettetelo in una ciotola con il pecorino, le uova e la farina di mais. Aiutandovi con un sac a poche formate tante palline quindi appiattitele sulla sommità. Infornate a 200 gradi per circa 20 / 25 minuti. Quando saranno perfettamente cotti, sfornate, fate raffreddare leggermente quindi servite con insalatina mista.</span></p>

Great for a typical dinner &#8220;/redirect.php?URL=street food&#8221;! :-)<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredients for 4 people:</b><br />1 cauliflower big enough<br />3 tablespoons breadcrumbs<br />2 organic eggs<br />1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese<br />1 teaspoon mustard<br />parsley<br />frying oil<br />salt and pepper<br />frosted balsamic vinegar.<br /><b><br /></b><b>Method</b><br />Clean and wash the cabbage. Then put it in a pressure cooker and cook. When it&#8217;s ready, drain and place in a bowl. With a fork, try to chop it finely enough.</p>
<p>United now the eggs, one at a time and mix well. Then add the parsley, breadcrumbs, mustard, parmesan cheese and mix well again.</p>
<p>Now formed many small balls and mash lightly on top. quickly pass them otherwise breadcrumbs and arrange in a dish.</p>

Ottimo per una cena tipo &#8220;/redirect.php?URL=street food&#8221;!:-)</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b></span><br /><span>1 cavolfiore bianco abbastanza grande</span><br /><span>3 cucchiai di pangrattato</span><br /><span>2 uova biologiche</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio di parmigiano</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaino di senape</span><br /><span>prezzemolo</span><br /><span>olio per fritture</span><br /><span>sale, pepe</span><br /><span>aceto balsamico glassato.</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>Pulite il cavolo e lavatelo. Mettetelo quindi in una pentola a pressione e fatelo cuocere. Quando sarà pronto, scolatelo e mettetelo in una ciotola. Con una forchetta, cercate di sminuzzarlo abbastanza finemente.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Unite adesso le uova, uno alla volta e amalgamate bene il tutto. Aggiungete quindi il prezzemolo, il pangrattato, la senape, il parmigiano e mescolate bene nuovamente.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Formate adesso tante piccole palline e schiacciatele leggermente sulla sommità. Passatele velocemente in altro pangrattato e sistematele in un piatto.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Friggetele quindi e quando saranno pronte, fatele asciugare con della carta per fritti dall&#8217;unto in eccesso.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Servitele calde con un goccio di aceto balsamico glassato.</span><br /><!-- 3monete_footer-1_AdSense4_728x90_as --><br /><ins></ins></p>
