<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />In una casseruola alta, imbiondire in olio, &nbsp;il porro tritato con il salame ,aggiungere i funghi<br />mescolare e gettare il riso a tostare,sfumare con il vino ed iniziare la cottura aggiungendo<br />man mano il brodo,.Cotto il riso,spegnere e mantecare con burro e formaggio!!<br />Servire con un pizzico di pepe ed altro formaggio!!</p>
