<div>- 4 cardi&nbsp;</div>
<div>- 1 limone</div>
<div>- 300 gr. farina 00&nbsp;</div>
<div>- 1\2 bustina lievito istantaneo per pizze salate</div>
<div>- 2 cucchiai d&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva</div>
<div>- sale q. b.</div>
<div>olio per friggere</div>

<div><b>Procedimento:</b></div>
<div>- mondare i cardi togliendo le parti dure e i filamenti</div>
<div>- immergerli in acqua acidulata e sciacquare bene</div>
<div>- lessarli in acqua con pochissimo sale, sino a che saranno teneri</div>
<div>- scolarli e mettere da parte</div>
<div>- nel frattempo preparare la pastella con la farina, il lievito, l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva e un pizzico di sale</div>
<div>- mescolare bene con una frusta sino a che sarà liscia e fluida</div>
<div>- tagliare a metà, per la lunghezza, i cardi, passarli nella pastella e friggerli in abbondante olio di semi</div>
<div>- scolare su carta assorbente e servire caldi</div>
