<p><span><i><br /></i></span><span><i>sciacquare i calamari sotto l&#8217;acqua corrente, staccare la testa dal mantello, estrarre la cartilagine trasparente che si trova nel mantello.</i></span><br /><i>Sciacquare dinuovo i calamari sotto l&#8217;acqua corrente estrarre le interiora ed eliminare la pelle esterna. Dalla testa del calamaro togliere il becco, eliminare gli occhi e risciacquare sotto l&#8217;acqua corrente.</i><br /><i><br /></i>
