<p>Il mazzetto appena arrivato a casa grazie al mio papà che è andato a cercarmelo. Ripulisco dalle parti più esterne e faccio sbollentare in acqua salata.</p>

<div>Non vi indicherò i pesi perchè si va ad occhio: aggiungo una manciata di caciocavallo grattugiato, uova, pangrattato quanto basta a formare un impasto compatto, uva sultanina precedentemente ammollata e pinoli. Amalgamo bene il tutto e formo con le mani delle polpettine rotonde.</div>
