I Buchteln sono panini di pasta brioche che racchiudono nel loro cuore la confettura di albicocche, io, solo per personale egoismo, ho usato Fiordifrutta <span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span>Agrumi e Zenzero, la adoro! Il mio&nbsp;</b></i><i><b>Buchteln</b></i><i><b>&nbsp;è preparato con il lievito madre, ma è possibile prepararlo con il lievito di birra, basta preparare un lievitino con 10 g di lievito di birra, 50 ml di acqua e 100 g di farina, lasciare raddoppiare e poi continuare normalmente.</b></i></span></div>
