<div><u>Procedimento</u>:</div>

<div>Per prima cosa fate il brodo vegetale.</div>
<div>In una pentola antiaderente fate un soffritto con l&#8217;olio e cipolla tritata finemente.</div>
<div>Appena la cipolla sarà morbida, versate il riso e</div>
<div>fatelo tostare per alcuni secondi.</div>
<div>Versate lo spumante e fate sfumare dolcemente.</div>
<div>Aggiungete qualche mestolo di brodo vegetale un po&#8217; alla volta,&nbsp;</div>
<div>mescolando spesso.</div>
<div>Il tempo di cottura del risotto è di circa 15 minuti.</div>
<div>A cottura quasi ultimata aggiungete lo Zafferano e mescolate.</div>
<div>Spegnete e mantecate il risotto con una noce di burro e il parmigiano.</div>
<div>Mescolate e servite ben caldo.</div>
