So che ho pubblicate 2000 ricette e anche qualcuna di più grazie all’indicatore del mio blog.
In 10 anni ( non ho neanche festeggiato il compleanno del blog a dire il vero) mi sono resa conto che in cucina ne ho fatte più di Bertoldo sempre con grande passione.
Passione che è scemata negli ultimi mesi.
Ma non me ne faccio un problema .
Ogni cosa ha il suo tempo e sin quando trovo il tempo e la voglia ( questa sì) continuerò a pubblicare qualcosa non certo con la frequenza di un tempo.
Ora nel web le cose sono radicalmente mutate e  le blogger vecchia maniera come me e altre amiche faticano ad avere una certa visibilità almeno come una volta.
Soddisfazioni ne ho avute tante.
E anche tante collaborazioni che mi hanno dato modo di far lavorare mani e cellule grige.
Devo dire che, grazie a tanti filmati di you tube, ho scoperto tante belle novità alcune messe in pratica con grande soddisfazione e complimenti dai miei cari specialmente se, in occasione di colpeanni e altre ricorrenze sono riuscita a portare in tavola qualcosa di buono e ben riuscito.
Ora auguro alle amiche che sono al mare e si si stanno godendo le meritate vacanze ma anche a quelle che lavorano e lavoreranno tutti i santi giorni feste comprese una buona serata!!

La lista degli ingredienti è lunga ma niente paura.
Il titolo del post indica che si tratta di brown velvet ma avrebbero dovuto essere red velvet..
Qualcosa non ha funzionato ma riproverò a farle  più…rosse!!
La preparazione è molto semplice e il risultato sicuro e buonissimo.
Anche il lato estetico è soddisfatto: se ci sono riuscita io ci riusciranno tutti!
Ho dimezzato le dosi della ricetta originale  e di conseguenza  la dimensione dello stampo e anche con queste dosi ho ottenuto un bel numero di tortine!!

260 GR DI FARINA 00
190 GR DI ZUCCHERO
6 GR DI CACAO AMARO
1 GR DI BICARBONATO
1 PIZZICO DI SALE

150 GR DI BUTTERMILK 
120 GR DI OLIO DI SEMI
8 ML DI ACETO
1 BUSTINA DI VANILLINA
3 UOVA GROSSE
15 ML DI COLORANTE ROSSO PER ALIMENTI

PER IL FROSTING

250 GR DI FORMAGGIO SPALMABILE
30 GR DI BURRO
120 GR DI ZUCCHERO A VELO 
120 GR DI MASCARPONE
FRAGOLE

In una capace scodella mescolare i primi 5 ingredienti.
Mixare il buttermilk con i restanti 5 ingredienti.
Ora amalgamare il composto liquido agli ingredienti secchi .
Posizionare un foglio di carta da forno su uno stampo rettangolare di cm 22 x 33 spatolando con cura.
Infornare in forno preriscaldato, statico alla temperatura di 190 ° per circa 30′/35′.
Far raffreddare.
Ora incidere il dolce con uno tagliabiscotti di 8 cm di diametro.
Tagliare a metà ogni  biscotto ( che risulta morbido) e farcirlo con il frosting preparato mescolando con cura il mascarpone, lo zucchero a velo e la panna.

Per formare la decorazione sia all’interno che all’esterno delle mini tortine usare una sac a poche con la bocchetta liscia  da 1 cm e ponendo una fettina di fragola tra un ciuffetto e l’altro come appare in foto.
Sistemare un altro dischetto sulla base senza premere e decorare come appare nelle foto di inizio post.

Ho usato solo metà degli ingredienti della ricetta originale e sono comunque riuscita ad ottenete un bel numero di tortine.
Sia il frosting che la  base delle tortine , ben protette con pellicola trasparente si conservano in frigo per almeno 2/3 giorno.
E sono piaciute a tutti!!!

Ingredients for 4 people:
300 grams of lentils
500 grams of brown chestnuts of Cuneo
1 leek Cervere big enough
2 liters of vegetable broth prepared before
rosemary, sage
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Method
Soak the lentils in water at room temperature for about 12/16 hours.

Cook the chestnuts in a pot of water for about 50 minutes, 1 hour. When they are cooked, drain and allow to cool, then peel and cut into pieces not very large.

In a saucepan, make a sauce with oil and onion. then add the lentils and broth and cook for about an ‘hour and a half (with regard to the amount of stock, regulator you depending if you like more or less liquid). Then add even chestnuts and leeks cut into slices, rosemary and sage and cook for 25/30 minutes. A perfect score cooking, served with a little extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper.

Ingredienti per 4 persone:
300 grammi di lenticchie
500 grammi di castagne marrone di Cuneo
1 porro Cervere abbastanza grande
2 litri di brodo vegetale preparato prima
rosmarino, salvia
olio extravergine di oliva
sale, pepe

Procedimento
Fate ammollare le lenticchie in acqua a temperatura ambiente per circa 12 / 16 ore. 

Fate cuocere le castagne in una pentola di acqua per circa 50 minuti, 1 ora. Quando saranno pronte, scolatele e fatele raffreddare, quindi sbucciatele e tagliatele a pezzi non molto grandi.

In una pentola, fate un soffritto con olio e cipolla. Aggiungete quindi le lenticchie e il brodo e cuocete per circa un’ ora e mezza (per quanto riguarda la quantità di brodo, regolatevi voi a seconda se vi piace più liquida o meno). Unite quindi anche le castagne e il porro tagliato a rondelle, il rosmarino e la salvia e cuocete per altri 25 /30 minuti. A perfetta cottura ottenuta, servite con un filo di olio extravergine di oliva e un pizzico di pepe.
