<div><span><i>1/4 di cubetto di lievito</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>60 g di olio di semi</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>250 g di latte&nbsp;</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>15 g di zucchero</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>1 uovo</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>10 g di sale</i></span></div>

<div>Per preparare questi cornetti ho utilizzato il Bimby&nbsp; ma è possibile farli anche senza, impastando insieme i vari ingredienti.</div>

<div><span>Con il Bimby,&nbsp; mettiamo nel boccale il latte con lo zucchero e il lievito: 1 minuto a 37° a velocità 3.</span></div>
<div><span>Uniamo&nbsp; poi l&#8217;olio, la farina l&#8217;uovo e il sale: 3 minuti a spiga.</span></div>

<div><span>Lasciamo riposare l&#8217;impasto ottenuto sino al raddoppio in un contenitore coperto con pellicola.</span></div>
