<p>Preparazione</p>
<p>Tritare finemente il rosmarino con l&#8217;aglio, mettere su un piatto le fette di carne, cospargerle con il trito e un filo d&#8217;olio. Far marinare per 1 ora. Impastare il burro con la pasta d&#8217;acciughe, farlo fondere, friggervi la carne, spruzzarla con vino bianco e cuocerla per 8 minuti, salando appena.</p>
