<div>In una ciotola capiente versiamo le uova, lo zucchero,</div>
<div>l&#8217;olio di semi di girasole, il cacao e il lievito.</div>

<div>Mescoliamo bene e pian piano aggiungiamo la farina.</div>
<div>Quando l&#8217;impasto sarà diventato più sodo,</div>
<div>trasferiamolo sul piano di lavoro ben infarinata e</div>
<div>continuiamolo a lavorarlo con le mani</div>
<div>aggiungendo altra farina.</div>

<div>Lavoriamo l&#8217;impasto fino a quando sarà ben sodo.</div>
<div>La pasta frolla è pronta quando non si attaccherà più alle dita.</div>
<div></div>
<div>L&#8217;impasto deve risultare elastico e omogeneo.</div>
<div>Questa dose va bene per uno stampo da 26-28 cm.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Imburrate e infarinate uno stampo con fondo apribile.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Sul tavolo mettiamo un foglio di carta da forno e stendiamo 3/4 di frolla</div>
<div>al cacao aiutandoci con il mattarello.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Prendiamo la carta da forno con sopra la sfoglia e</div>
<div>lo rovesciamo nella teglia.</div>
<div>Sistemiamolo con le mani e togliamo delicatamente</div>
<div>la carta da forno.</div>

<div>Con un coltello tagliamo i bordi in eccesso.</div>
