<p>Tra mille parole arrivano i puntini sospensivi a sorprenderti. Piccoli, poco distanti tra loro, come i passi che si fanno quando si avanza verso quello che sarà.<span> Sono quelli tracciano strade, percorrono sentieri, si uniscono per dar vita a nuove forme.</span></p>
<p>Potrebbero diventare parentesi, per racchiudere parole a sorpresa, momenti a sorpresa, quelli importanti, che ti rispecchiano, che sanno come solleticare la tua curiosità, la tua fantasia.<span> </span></p>
<p>A volte sono diventate virgole di momenti da trascorrere insieme, di incontri fatti, da fare, da rifare. Virgole di compagnia, gruppetti di mani, di occhi curiosi o semplicemente di chi ha la pazienza di aspettare o di saper insegnare.</p>
<p>A volte diventano un elenco, in fila, con la testa in su, una piccola lista di cose da fare, di ingredienti da mettere insieme, di posti da vedere, di libri da leggere, fotografie da scattare.. ogni punto guarda quello di dopo, curioso e impaziente, perché non vede l’ora di avere il suo, di momento.</p>

<p>Questa volta per <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.mtchallenge.it/2018/05/21/passiamole-rivista-bbc-good-food/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Passiamole in rivista</a> ho lasciato la mia dolce aria di Francia per seguire il profumo delle spezie e dell&#8217;Inghilterra, che in questi giorni è vestita a festa. Io ho partecipato, con  cookies profumati di Medioriente.</p>

<p><strong><span>COOKIES ALLO ZAFFERANO, PISTACCHI E CIOCCOLATO BIANCO</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span>INGREDIENTI</span></strong> <em>per circa 20 biscotti* (ricetta tratta da BBC Good food)</em></p>
<p>30 ml latte</p>
<p>1 pizzico di zafferano</p>
<p>220 g burro fuso</p>
<p>1 uovo grande</p>
<p>100 g zucchero di canna chiaro (golden caster sugar)</p>
<p>100 g zucchero di canna morbido chiaro (light brown soft sugar)</p>
<p>300 g farina di frumento 00</p>
<p>1/2 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci</p>
<p>200 g cioccolato bianco</p>
<p>100 g pistacchi, tritati grossolanamente</p>
<p>1 pizzico di sale</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Riscaldate il latte in un pentolino e unite lo zafferano. Una volta riscaldato, toglietelo dal fuoco e mescolatelo col burro fuso. Fate raffreddare completamente.</p>
<p>Mescolate le uova con lo zucchero di canna chiaro fino ad ottenere un composto morbido e spumoso (ci vorranno circa 3-5 minuti), poi unite il burro raffreddato e lo zucchero di canna morbido.  Mescolate brevemente per far amalgamare il tutto.</p>
<p>Unite la farina, il lievito per dolci e il sale ed usate una spatola per amalgamare.</p>
<p>Versate all&#8217;interno i pistacchi e il cioccolato tritato grossolanamente, poi versate il composto su un foglio di carta forno. Arrotolate il foglio per formare un tronco spesso e compatto e chiudete le estremità, formando una caramella. Avvolgete con pellicola e fate raffreddare in frigo per un paio di ore o, meglio, per tutta la notte.</p>
<p>Trascorso questo tempo, riscaldate il forno a 180°C e ricoprite una teglia con carta da forno.</p>
<p>Eliminate la carta forno e la pellicola dal rotolo e tagliatelo in fette di circa 1 cm di spessore**. Disponetele sulla teglia, tenendole ben distanziate e cuocetele per 12-15 finché saranno dorate sui bordi, ma ancora morbide***.</p>
<p>Lasciate raffreddare completamente su un griglia. Si conservano in una scatola ermetica per 2-3 giorni.</p>
<p><span><strong>NOTE</strong></span></p>
<p>* Nella ricetta è indicato che ne vengono fuori circa 12-15.</p>
<p>** Ho preferito tagliarli in fettine meno spesse. Il risultato è stato ottimo in egual modo.</p>
<p>*** Ho provato a cuocerli sia direttamente, sia dopo averli tenuti una decina di minuti in freezer. Non ci sono state enormi differenze, se non che nel secondo caso hanno tenuto una forma leggermente più regolare.</p>

<div>I honestly didn&#8217;t know <strong>Rick Stein</strong> before a call I got last November. Elizabeth from Denhams TV told me that <strong>BBC</strong> was planning to film an episode of &#8220;Rick Stein&#8217;s Long Weekend&#8221; in Bologna. They needed someone that helped Rick Stein to find the most traditional food of the city, its legends and the best places to find it. So we created a teamwork in collaboration with Alice of Bologna Welcome and Sara of Turismo Emilia Romagna to share our knowledge with BBC crew.<br />The filming happened in a rainy week of March 2016, we made a really hard work to make it happen.
