1 Uovo<br />
2 Cucchiai Latte<br />
Farina<br />
Pangrattato<br />
1 Spicchio Aglio<br />
Abbondante Olio D&#8217;oliva<br />

Pepe</p>
<p>Preparazione</p>
<p>Pelare la barbabietola, poi tagliarla a fette dello spessore di 1 cm. Allinearle su un tagliere, sfregarle con lo spicchio d&#8217;aglio sbucciato e insaporirle con sale e pepe. In 1 terrina sbattere l&#8217;uovo, salarlo poco e diluirlo con 2 cucchiai di latte. Passare le fette di barbabietola in 1 velo di farina, poi nell&#8217;uovo e nel pangrattato. Friggerle in 1 padella con abbondante olio bollente e servirle calde.</p>
