<div><b><u>Ingredienti&nbsp;(per circa 60 biscotti):</u></b></div>
<div>150 gr di farina integrale di grano tenero</div>
<div>150 gr di farina 00</div>
<div>30 gr di burro di qualità</div>
<div>200 ml latte ps</div>
<div>130 gr di grana grattugiato</div>
<div></div>
<div><b><u>Preparazione:</u></b></div>
<div>Preriscaldare il forno in modalità ventilato.</div>
<div>In una terrina unire le farine con il grana grattugiato e mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno.</div>
<div>Unire il burro ammorbidito e il latte a temperatura ambiente e iniziare ad impastare a mano fino ad ottenere un panetto omogeneo.</div>
<div>Stendere l&#8217;impasto sopra un foglio di carta forno fino ad uno spessore di 5 mm circa e con delle formine ritagliare i biscotti.</div>
<div>Trasferire i biscotti sulla leccarda rivestita di carta forno e farli cuocere in forno caldo a 180°C per 15 minuti.</div>
<div>Lasciarli raffreddare completamente.</div>
<div>Questi biscotti si conservano tranquillamente in una scatola di latta per una decina di giorni.</p>
