<p>Tritate grossolanamente il rosmarino e schiacciate le bacche, quindi mettete il tutto in una casseruola con aceto ed una presa di sale. Portate lentamente ad ebollizione. Lasciate raffreddare, filtrate e imbottigliate. Per selvaggina e carni rosse.</p>
