<p>Questa ciambella è soffice e profumata: la farina di castagne e il miele le donano un gusto e un aroma inconfondibili: una gustosa e sana merenda da leccarsi i baffi!<br />Per questa ricetta ho utilizzato il miele biologico dell&#8217;<b><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.mielelattanzi.it/" target="_blank">Azienda Lattanzi</a></b>.</p>
<p>INGREDIENTI</p>
</p>
<ul>
<li>uova 3</li>
<li>farina 00 2 bicchieri</li>
<li>farina di castagne 1 bicchiere</li>
<li>miele millefiori 4 cucchiai</li>
<li>latte 1 bicchiere</li>
<li>olio di semi di girasole 1 bicchiere</li>
<li>1 bustina di lievito per dolci</li>
<li>1 pizzico di sale</li>
</ul>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO</p>
<p>Mescolare bene le uova con lo zucchero, unire gradatamente il latte, poi l’olio, aggiungere le farine setacciate con il lievito e il pizzico di sale.<br />Mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo, versare in uno stampo per dolci rotondo (circa 24 cm di diametro) e cuocere per circa 40 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180°C.<br />Verificare la cottura facendo la prova dello stecchino di legno: si inserisce al centro della ciambella e, se esce asciutto, è cotta, altrimenti si deve proseguire la cottura per qualche altro minuto.<br />Sfornare e far raffreddare su una gratella per dolci.<br />Una volta fredda, conservare all’asciutto, coperta con un canovaccio.</p>
