<div>INGREDIENTI (per 4 persone)

<ul>
<li>patate medie 8</li>
<li>rosmarino</li>
<li>olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</li>
<li>sale</li>
</ul>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO
</p>
<div>Lavare e asciugare le patate, lasciandole con la buccia.</div>
<div>Infilare ogni patata in uno stecco da spiedino.</div>
<div>Incidere le patate in diagonale, ruotandole su se stesse, per tutta la loro lunghezza: il taglio deve essere profondo, fino allo spiedino di legno e largo al massimo mezzo centimetro.</div>
<div>Aprire leggermente le patate creando una spirale.</div>
<div>Metterle in una teglia su un unico strato e condire con olio e aglione.</div>
<div>Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 20 minuti: al termine della cottura le patate dovranno risultare ben cotte.</div>
<div>Sfornare e servire calde.</div>

<li>ceci secchi 200 g</li>
<li>cipollotto fresco 1</li>
<li>aglio fresco 1 spicchio</li>
<li>alloro 1 foglia</li>
<li>olio extravergine d’oliva</li>
<li>sale</li>
<li>pepe</li>
</ul>
<p align="justify"><strong>PROCEDIMENTO</strong></p>
<div>Mettere i ceci in una capiente ciotola (<strong>si gonfieranno</strong>) e ricoprirli abbondantemente d’acqua a temperatura ambiente: lasciarli riposare coperti per 24 ore.</div>
<p><strong>
<div><strong>Scolare i ceci</strong> e sciacquarli bene.</div>
<p></strong>
<div>Mettere i ceci dentro una capace pentola, <strong>coprirli con abbondante acqua</strong>, unire la foglia d’alloro e un pugno di sale grosso e portare a bollore.</div>
<div>Bollire i ceci per circa <strong>due ore e mezza</strong>: dovranno risultare ammorbiditi, ma ancora sodi.</div>
<div>Scolare i ceci e <strong>togliere la foglia d’alloro</strong>.</div>
<div>Far soffriggere <strong>in un tegame piatto di coccio</strong> il cipollotto e l’aglio fresco, tritati grossolanamente, assieme a tre cucchiai di olio.</div>
<p><strong>
<div><strong>Unire i ceci scolati</strong>, regolare di sale e pepe e mescolare.</div>
<p></strong><strong>
<div><strong>Far insaporire per qualche minuto</strong> e spegnere prima che cipollotto e aglio cuociano troppo.</div>

<div>INGREDIENTI (per 4 persone)

<li>funghi champignon 600 g</li>
<li>mozzarella 250 g</li>
<li>parmigiano grattugiato 4 cucchiai</li>
<li>pangrattato 8 cucchiai</li>
<li>timo 1 cucchiaino</li>
<li>olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</li>
<li>sale</li>
<li>pepe</li>
</ul>
<div>PROCEDIMENTO</div>
<div>Pulire i funghi e togliere il gambo (si potrà usare per altre preparazioni, come risotto, zuppa, ecc).</div>
<div>Mettere un filo d&#8217;olio in una teglia da forno e disporvi i funghi con il buco verso l&#8217;alto.</div>
<div>Riempire i funghi con pezzetti di mozzarella.</div>
<div>Mescolare pangrattato, timo e parmigiano e cospargere i funghi con questo miscuglio.</div>
<div>Condire con sale, pepe e un filo d&#8217;olio.</div>
<div>Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 15/20 minuti: dovranno risultare ben gratinati.</div>
<div>Sfornare e servire tiepidi.</div>

<div align="justify">Questa volta l’ho utilizzata per fare una pizza margherita, tagliata a fette prima di infornarla, così da non compromettere la fragile consistenza della pasta sfoglia cotta: <strong>cinque minuti per prepararla e cinque in forno</strong>… un’ottima idea anche per una golosa merenda!</div>

<div>Stendere la pasta sfoglia sulla teglia <strong>direttamente sulla carta da forno</strong> compresa nella confezione.</div>
<p><strong>
<div><strong>Condire la superficie</strong> con la salsa di pomodoro, l’olio e il sale.</div>
<p></strong>
<div>Completare con <strong>pezzetti di mozzarella e origano essiccato sbriciolato con le mani.</strong></div>
<div>Tagliare a fette la pizza <strong>con</strong> <strong>la rotella</strong>.</div>
<div>Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a <strong>200°C per circa cinque minuti</strong>: la pizza di pasta sfoglia sarà pronta non <strong>appena si sarà sciolta la mozzarella e i bordi della pasta saranno dorati</strong>.</div>

<p><span><span>A chi non piacciono le polpette?</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Questa è la versione con carne di manzo (quando si trova, meglio usare la &#8220;cartella&#8221;, molto saporita) e salvia, dedicata ai due carnivori di casa.</span></span></p>
<p><span>Per questa ricetta ho utilizzato la <b>salvia in foglie</b></span><span>&nbsp;e l&#8217;</span><b>olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</b><span>&nbsp;biologici dell&#8217;</span><b><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.aziendamarino.it/" target="_blank">Azienda Agrobiologica Marino</a></b><span>.</span></p>
<p>INGREDIENTI (per 4 persone)</p>
</p>
<ul>
<li>carne di manzo macinata una volta sola 500 g</li>
<li>pane duro grattugiato 200 g</li>
<li>parmigiano grattugiato 2 manciate</li>
<li>uovo 1</li>
<li>salvia 6 foglie</li>
<li>olio extravergine d’oliva</li>
<li>sale</li>
<li>pepe</li>
</ul>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO</p>
<p>Mettere la carne in una ciotola e unire l’uovo, il parmigiano, il pane, salvia tritata, una manciata di sale fino e una grattugiata di pepe nero: amalgamare con le mani fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo, poi coprire e far riposare 30 minuti in frigorifero.</p>
<p>Bagnarsi leggermente le mani, prelevare delle porzioni di carne e lavorare con le mani, dando una forma tondeggiante alle polpette, grandi non più di una noce.</p>
<p>Mettere un velo d’olio in padella e dorarvi le polpette, girando di tanto in tanto per farle cuocere in modo uniforme.</p>
<p>Spegnere e servire.</p>
