<p>INGREDIENTI<br />baccala&#8217; ammollto<br />olive itrane nere Az Ficacci<br />capperi(sciacquateli<br />pinoli e uvetta<br />farina<br />olio evo<br />olio arachidi<br />pomodori pelati<br />aglio<br />prezzemolo<br />peperoncino<br />sale (assaggiate prima di metterlo ..tra capperi e baccala&#8217;potreste evitarlo</p>

<p>PROCEDIMENTO</p>
<p>In una padella fate andare olio evo e aglio ad imbiondire,aggiungere i pelati sminuzzati,prezzemolo<br />olive denocciolate,capperi ,uvetta e pinoli e solo se occorre il sale,fate cuocere a fiamma bassa,nel mentre in un altra padella con olio di arachidi fate friggere i pezzetti di baccala&#8217; infarinati.<br />Appena ben dorato il baccala&#8217; lo passerete su carta casa a eliminare eccesso di olio e li adagerete<br />nella padella del pomodoro ,dove avrete aggiunto peperoncino a pacere ,lasciate insaporire<br />il tutto&nbsp; circa 10&#8242; e servite subito!!</p>

<p>Bastera&#8217; unire in una padella alta,melanzane,pomodori,aglio intero,capperi,olive denocciolate<br />origano,sale,peperoncino,olio e acqua q.b.Coprire e portare a cottura a fiamma media<br />all&#8217;incirca x 15&#8242;.</p>
