<p>INGREDIENTI<br />1 Kg di baccala&#8217; ammollato e tagliato a tocchetti ( IO&#8230;scottato &nbsp;a vapore nel micro<br />una manciata di olive nere di gaeta(snocciolate e tritate a coltello<br />un pugno di capperi dissalati(lavati e tritati a coltello<br />un ciuffo prezzemolo tritato a coltello<br />schiacciatina al gusto pizza <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.bottoli.com/it/index.php?page=schiacciatinetris&amp;prod=pizza">Az Bottoli</a><br />qualche pomodorino<br />1 spicchio aglio tritato<br />olio evo q.<br />PROCEDIMENTO<br />Dopo aver appena scottato il baccala metterlo in una pirofila da forno appena unta di olio,<br />cospargere con un miscuglio di ,olive,prezzemolo,capperi e aglio, poi, pomodorini e olio a filo<br />spolverare con abbondante grattugiato di schiacciatina ed infornare a 180 ° per ccz 15&#8242;.<br />Spegnere e col solo grill far gratinare qualche minuto!!</p>
