<p>300g di patate (4 o 5)</p>
<p>120g di farina</p>
<p>50g di burro</p>
<p>100g di parmigiano</p>
<p>1 uovo</p>
<p>noce moscata, sale, pane grattugiato</p>
<p>4 wurstel, 250g mozzarella</p>
<p><b><br /></b><b>Preparazione</b></p>
<p>Lessate le patate &nbsp;in abbondante acqua salata e passatele con lo schiacciapatate.</p>
