<p><span><i>Alla naturale sapidità del pesce si aggiungono altri ingredienti freschi , profumati e golosi, che rendono questa pietanza completa e appetitosa.</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Il baccalà, abitualmente, viene acquistato già dissalato. Io preferisco quello ancora&nbsp; secco e salato, che poi provvedo a dissalare a casa, tenendolo in acqua per almeno 3 giorni, cambiando l&#8217;acqua due volte al giorno.&nbsp;</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Al termine di questa procedura, lo assaggio crudo e decido se continuare l&#8217;ammollo o se è pronto per essere consumato.</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Per la quantità e la varietà di ingredienti, io vado a &#8220;/redirect.php?URL=sentimento&#8221; e naturalmente si può aggiungere qualsiasi altra cosa che ci piace. Io vi suggerisco la mia ricetta</i></span></p>

<p><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b></span></p>
<p><span>- 1 kg di baccalà gia dissalato</span></p>
<p><span>- 2 foglie d&#8217;alloro</span></p>
<p><span>- 2 peperoni rossi/gialli</span></p>
<p><span>- 200&nbsp; gr. olive nere</span></p>
<p><span>- 1 cuore di sedano</span></p>
<p><span>- 1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo fresco tritato</span></p>
<p><span>- 1 pizzico di aglio in polvere</span></p>
<p><span>- 2 cipollotti oppure una cipolla rossa</span></p>
<p><span>- 30 gr. di olio extra vergine d&#8217;oliva</span></p>
<p><span>- pepe nero macinato</span></p>
<p><span>- 1 cucchiaio di origano</span></p>
<p><span><br /></span></p>
<p><span><b>Procedimento:</b></span></p>
<p><span>- lessare il baccalà in abbondante acqua, con le foglie d&#8217;alloro , <b>SENZA SALE&nbsp;</b></span></p>
<p><span>- scolarlo al dente e togliere la pelle e le spine (qualora ci siano)</span></p>
<p><span>- lavare i peperoni privandoli dei semi e dei filamenti e spezzettarli</span></p>
<p><span>- pelare i cipollotti o la cipolla rossa e affettare finemente</span></p>
<p><span>- lavare le coste di sedano e tagliarle a pezzettini</span></p>
<p><span>- in una ciotola mettere il baccalà lessato a pezzetti, i peperoni , il sedano, i cipollotti e le olive</span></p>
<p><span>- aggiungere olio extra vergine d&#8217;oliva e mescolare bene</span></p>
<p><span>- aggiungere il prezzemolo, l&#8217;aglio in polvere, una macinata di pepe e l&#8217;origano, <b>ASSAGGIARE</b> ed, eventualmente, aggiustare di sale</span></p>
<p><span>- lasciare riposare almeno un paio d&#8217;ore prima di consumare</span></p>
