<p>per chi come me è perennemente a dieta&#8230; e sempre in cerca di cambiamenti..<br />Un modo diverso dal solito pollo alla piastra&#8230;.<br />possiamo accompagnarlo&nbsp; a tante verdurine,ortaggi&#8230;.</p>
<p>INGREDIENTI<br />450g, 1 petto di pollo(variera&#8217; di peso in base alle dimensioni<br />2 cucchiaini di senape<br />3 cucchiaini di Mielbio miele di Asiago <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.rigonidiasiago.it/mielbio/miele-di-asiago-cremoso/">Rigoni di Asiago&nbsp;</a><br />1 cucchiaio di spezie x pollo&nbsp; senza sale<br />mezzo bicchiere di birra bionda<br />1 cucchiaino di paprica piccante</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />In una ciotola lasciamo macerare x cca 1 ora il pollo con 2 cucchiaini di miele,senape e spezie.<br />lo avvolgiamo poi,&nbsp; spolverato di paprica ,in carta forno,lo poggiamo in una teglietta<br />e lo bagnamo con la birra.In forno a 180° x cca 25&#8242; poi lo riprendiamo,lo apriamo e rimettiamo<br />in forno spennellando ancora con poco miele&nbsp; fino a formare una crosta dorata!<br />Una volta sfornato ,lo raffreddiamo e tagliamo a fette per poi servirlo accompagnato da varie verdure!</p>
