<div><span><i>Le Fave di Cacao , ricchissime di rame, potenziano il sistema immunitario mentre, le Bacche di aronia sono ricchissime di Vitamina K utilissime per fissare il calcio nelle ossa e contribuisce ad una normale coagulazione del sangue.&nbsp;</i></span></div>

<div><i><span>Con tutte queste &#8220;provocazioni&#8221; e con l&#8217;aiuto del mio fido estrattore <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.siquri.com/it/">Essenzia by SiQuri</a>, è facile elaborare pasti gustosi, salutari e stuzzicanti.</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Oggi mi sono cimentata nella preparazione di un pudding che circola da un pò nel web, con semi di chia, per addensarlo e arricchirlo di tanti sali minerali e vitamine. Complici due noci di cocco acquistate al mercato, ho realizzato uno sfiziosissimo budino, senza zucchero aggiunto. Una vera sferzata di energia buona per affrontare il caldo e la fatica che ci opprimono.</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Per poter estrarre il succo dalla polpa delle noci di cocco, naturalmente vanno estratte dal guscio legnoso e la polpa deve stare in una ciotola con acqua per 12 ore e poi scolarlo e procedere all&#8217;estrazione, alternando acqua minerale &nbsp;ai pezzetti di cocco.</span></i></div>

<p>Quindi ecco la ricetta</p>
<p><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b><br />- 350 gr. di polpa di cocco<br />- 750 gr. acqua minerale<br />- 4 cucchiai di semi di chia<br />- 30 gr. di bacche di aronia<br />- 8 fave di cacao intere</p>
<p><b>Procedimento:</b><br />- sgusciare le noci di cocco, spezzettare la polpa e metterla a bagno , in una ciotola, per 12 ore<br />- trascorso questo tempo, scolarle e passarle nell&#8217;estrattore alternando i pezzetti di polpa con l&#8217;acqua<br />- mescolare il latte ottenuto con i semi di chia e , se gradite, con semi di bacca di vaniglia<br />- dividere il composto in 4 ciotole, aggiungere le bacche di aronia, le fave di cacao sbriciolate e pezzetti di cocco per guarnire<br />- tenere in frigo sino a che il composto si sarà addensato (3 ore)</p>
