<p>The classic sweet to American-made apple but with quince and other small additions. Just beautiful to look at but very good to eat!<br /><b><br /></b><b>ingredients</b><br /><b>For the dough</b><br />300 grams of flour type 1<br />150 grams of butter<br />30 grams of demerara sugar<br />60 ml of cold water</p>
<p><b>For the stuffing</b><br />5 large enough quince<br />80 grams of brown sugar<br />1 teaspoon cinnamon Satin<br />1 heaping tablespoon toasted pine nuts<br />1 tablespoon of grape passes<br />1 small organic lemon</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />In a mixer, put all the ingredients needed to make the dough. knead quickly then wrap the mixture in a plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, in a bowl, prepare the filling. Peel the apples and cut them in pieces not very large. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir quickly. Then add the rest of ingredients.</p>
<p>Now take the dough from the refrigerator, roll it not very subtle, divide it into 2 parts and then place the first layer in a greased baking sheet coming to the edges of the pan. Inserted into the mixture and then cover with the last layer of dough. Pitted surface lightly and then brush all with egg and milk. Poco bello da vedere ma buonissimo da mangiare!</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Ingredienti</b></span><br /><span><b>Per l&#8217;impasto</b></span><br /><span>300 grammi di farina tipo 1</span><br /><span>150 grammi di burro</span><br /><span>30 grammi di zucchero demerara</span><br /><span>60 ml di acqua fredda</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Per il ripieno</b></span><br /><span>5 mele cotogne abbastanza grandi</span><br /><span>80 grammi di zucchero di canna</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaino raso di cannella</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio colmo di pinoli tostati</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio di uva passa</span><br /><span>1 piccolo limone biologico</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>In una impastatrice, mettete tutti gli ingredienti necessari a fare l&#8217;impasto. Impastate velocemente quindi avvolgete il composto in una pellicola da cucina e fate riposare in frigo per circa 30 minuti.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Nel frattempo, in una ciotola, preparate il ripieno. Sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a pezzi non molto grandi. Irrorate con il succo del limone e mescolate velocemente. Aggiungete poi anche il resto degli ingredienti.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Prendete adesso l&#8217;impasto dal frigo, stendetelo non molto sottile, dividetelo in 2 parti quindi disponete il primo strato in una teglia imburrata arrivando fino ai bordi della tortiera. Inserite all&#8217;interno il composto quindi coprite con l&#8217;ultimo strato di impasto. Bucherellate leggermente la superficie quindi spennellate il tutto con uovo e latte. Infornate a 200 gradi per circa 10 minuti, poi a 180 gradi per 40 minuti. Quando sarà pronto, sfornate, fate raffreddare poi servite con una crema al mascarpone o anche solo panna montata.</span></p>

Quand il est prêt, passer à la masher et mettre de côté.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Coupez le thon en petits cubes.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une casserole, faire une sauce avec l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et l&#8217;ail. Quand il est prêt, ajouter le thon et la pomme de terre et cuire pendant environ 25 minutes avec le couvercle. A mi-cuisson ajouter l&#8217;origan. Lorsque le thon est cuit parfaitement (vérifié) ajouter la sauce tomate et cuire encore 5 minutes.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Faire cuire les pâtes dans une grande quantité d&#8217;eau bouillante. Quando sarà pronta, passatela al passapatate e mettetela da parte.</p>
<p>Tagliate il tonno a cubetti.</p>
<p>In una padella, fate un soffritto con olio e aglio. Quando sarà pronto unite il tonno e &nbsp;la patata e cuocete per circa 25 minuti con il coperchio. A metà cottura unite anche l&#8217;origano. Quando il tonno sarà perfettamente cotto (verificate) unite il sugo di pomodoro e cuocete ancora per altri 5 minuti.</p>
<p>Cuocete la pasta in abbondante acqua bollente. Quando sarà pronto versatelo in padella con il condimento. Unite l&#8217;origano fate insaporire e servite subito caldo.</p>
