<div><span>Era da tempo che desideravo provare Aga.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Un menù memorabile, dove si percepisce sin dalle amouse bouche la genialità di Oliver ed Alessandra.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Gusti audaci, coraggiosi e confortanti al tempo stesso in modo tale da non annoiare mai il palato, per sorprendere sempre.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Prodotti e tecnica di qualità eccelsa: sono ancora emozionata al pensiero del pane appena sfornato e lievitato 72 ore abbinato a grissini stirati a mano e burro di malga mantecato in abbinamento. Quest&#8217;ultimo che pareva fosse &#8220;Nutella bianca&#8221; ve lo assicuro!&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Il menù alla carta è essenziale, e penso sia il punto di forza.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>La cantina è ricercata ed ben fornita.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Un pranzo davvero spettacolare, di seguito tutte le foto che ho scattato con la relativa descrizione sperando di farvi assaporare almeno un 10% della bontà del ristorante Aga.&nbsp;</span></div>
