Quest’ultima di 176 ettari, è coltivata con uliveti&nbsp; per buona parte&nbsp; Dop “Terra di Bari” , con&nbsp; olive della cultivar coratina a cui si sono aggiunte cultivar Peranzana, Nocellara e Bella di Spagna.<br />Per avere il totale controllo delle attività produttive, dalla coltivazione alla produzione, l’azienda ha un proprio frantoio, in cui le olive vengono molite entro le 12 ore dalla raccolta che avviene al momento giusto di maturazione delle olive, l’olio ottenuto stoccato nei silos di acciaio fino all’imbottigliamento.</p>
