<p><span>Con le mani inumidite formate dei piccoli arancini, formate un incavo, mettete un po&#8217; di ripieno e richiudete. Io ho preferito farli piccoli perchè mi serviranno per un antipasto.</span></p>

<p><span>Passate prima gli arancinetti nella pastella e poi nel pangrattato. Quando li posizionerete nell&#8217;apposita griglia della friggitrice ad aria, con un apposito spruzzino, spruzzate dell&#8217;olio extra vergine d&#8217;oliva. In 15 minuti a 180° dovrebbero essere pronti.</span></p>
