<p>2 tranci di salmone<br />Amaranto q.b.<br />Zafferano q.b.<br />Olio q.b.<br /><b><br /></b><span><b>PREPARAZIONE:</b></span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span>Ho messo in un piatto l&#8217;amaranto e lo zafferano che ho utilizzato ad impanare il salmone, poi ho messo un goccio di olio in una padella ed ho fatto cuocere il salmone per un paio di minuti per lato</p>

<p>500 g di ceci cotti<br />200 g di pomodori<br />1 cipolla<br />1 gambo di sedano<br />1 melanzana<br />1 peperoncino verde<br />1 limone<br />Erba cipollina<br />2 cucchiai di olio<br />Sale q.b.</p>

<p>Per prima cosa ho tagliato tutta la verdura a pezzetti piccoli<br />Poi ho scaldato un pò di olio ed ho fatto stufare la cipolla ed il sedano</p>

<p>Ho unito le melanzane, ho salato ed ho lasciato cuocere per circa 10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto ed ho lasciato intiepidire</p>

<p>Ho mischiato tutto insieme e poi ho formato le polpette e le ho passate in un&#8217;impanatura di mais senza glutine</p>

<p>Intanto ho tagliato i pomodorini e li ho messi in una padella con un goccio di olio</p>

<p>Ho aggiunto un pò di acqua per la cottura, il basilico e ho salato a piacere, li ho fatti cuocere per circa 10 minuti e poi ho aggiunto le polpette</p>

<p>Per prima cosa ho lavato e pulito le fragole poi le ho tagliate a pezzetti ed ho unito lo zucchero</p>

<p>Ho steso la pasta e messa in uno stampo per crostate poi ho aggiunto la marmellata e qualche decorazione con la pasta frolla avanzata</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div dir="ltr">Ciao a tutti e buon inizio settima!!!!!<br />Ormai si è tornata alla regolarità della vita quotidiana, ormai le ferie sono quasi un ricordo e per questo ho deciso di postare la ricetta dei fiori di zucca raccolti dalle mie piantine dell&#8217;orto, ma ho deciso di provare a fare la pastella con la farina di riso e devo dire che sono molto buoni!!!</p>

<p><b><span>INGREDIENTI:</span></b><br /><b><span><br /></span></b>100 g di farina di riso<br />200 g di acqua minerale fredda<br />Sale q.b.<br />Olio per friggere q.b.</p>
<p><b><span>PREPARAZIONE:</span></b></p>
<p>Ho sbattuto la farina con l&#8217;aqua e il sale, una volta creato un composto abbastanza denso ho immerso i fiori nella pastella e li ho fritti nell&#8217;olio</p>

<p>4 uova a temperatura ambiente<br />150 g di zucchero<br />1 cucchiaio di acqua<br />125 g di burro<br />125 g di farina per dolci senza glutine<br />1 bacca di vaniglia<br />1 pizzico di sale<br />500 g di latte<br />4 gocce di limone<br />Zucchero a velo per decorare<br /><b><span><br /></span></b><b><span>PREPARAZIONE:</span></b></p>
<p>Per prima cosa ho fatto sciogliere il butto e l&#8217;ho fatto raffreddare</p>

<p>Ho versato il tutto in uno stampo precedentemente imburrato ed infarinato ed ho infornato a forno già caldo a 160° per circa 1 ora.<br />Consiglio uno stampo non a cerniera perchè l&#8217;impasto risulta molto liquido rispetto ad una torta tradizionale</p>

<div>3 pomodori maturi</div>
<div>1 mazzetto di basilico</div>
<div>Olio q.b.</div>

<div>Pepe q.b.</div>

<div><b><span>PREPARAZIONE:</span></b></div>

<div>Ho lavato i pomodori e li ho tagliati a dadini piccoli, li ho salati e conditi con olio e lasciati riposare per una mezz&#8217;oretta in frigorifero.</div>
<div>Ho tagliato la mozzarella a fettine sottili, ho lavato e tritato il basilico.</div>
<div>Ho preso un coppapasta e l&#8217;ho messo al centro di un piatto, quindi ho alternato uno strato di pomodoro, uno di basilico, mozzarella e tonno, una volta terminato gli strati ho tolto delicatamente il coppapasta e l&#8217;ho servito con un goccino di olio</div>

<p>Ho mischiato tutto insieme ed ho lasciato riposare l&#8217;impasto per 10 minuti</p>

<p>Alla fine ho aggiunto la ricotta ed ho mischiato il tutto e lasciato riposare ancora per 10 minuti</p>

<p>Con l&#8217;aiuto di due cucchiaini ho formato gli gnocchetti</p>

<p>Lì ho lasciati bollire per circa 3 minuti in acqua salata e poi li ho conditi con un pò di ragù</p>
