Have you used Patterns on your site yet?

If you’ve never used Patterns before, they’re like any other site element: Access them by hitting the inserter (or “+”) button at the top left of the page or post you’re working on, then selecting the “Patterns” tab. Do the Testimonial Patterns pull content/reviews from a google business profile or Trustpilot? Or do customers/clients have to have a WordPress account to leave a Testimonial?

These patterns are static, so the site admin replaces the filler content with content from a real review. I’ve seen folks use just an excerpt from the original review, then link back to the source.
If you want to automatically pull in reviews from Trustpilot or other sources, though, I’m sure there are plugins available to manage that for you.

Pattern templates are sure useful.
It can be a great source for ideas to come up with your own templates.
For example, you can use the testimonials template as a page for your blog posts with small thumbnails

I’m so frustrated! I can’t phone you; I can’t log in, even though I just changed my password again; I can’t learn how to import flyers into my site because the instructions are not the same as what I’m seeing on the screen and it just goes on and on. I pay enough that I should get some actual help but how can I?
